- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of our services, such as background searches, come with a fixed price. Others, for example surveillance, are billed at an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our business, there really is no "typical". We approach each new client's case as a new and unique challenge and try to tailor our investigation to the specific goals and budget of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Though not required by law, we are constantly refreshing and updating our skills through various seminars, webinars, conferences, etc., in order to stay on top of the latest resources and techniques.
