FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing says a lot about a company. A competitive price with excellent work is something you can count on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is quite smooth. From the first time we chat to the finished result I’m there the whole time to answer any questions or concerns that may arise at any moment. This ensures the client is totally in the loop with exactly what is going to happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a pressure washing company for 6 months before continuing to branch off on my own. My mentor, Jim Twist with 20 years experience in the field, took me under his wing and showed me the ropes of the business.
