- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will have a consultation call and discuss the details of the event with the client. We will inform client how we will execute their vision. Then we will discuss with package is best for the client and draft a contract for client to review. Lastly, once the client sign the contract, we start working and executing their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owners of Renoir Events have a degree in Hospitality Management and have worked at the best hotels in the world such as The Breakers Palm Beach, Ritz-Carlton, Eau Palm Beach, Waldorf Astoria, and other resorts.
