- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Try to price all of my jobs competitively within the hourly standards of the community. I try to be very fair in my pricing and also let the customers know that there is a trip charge and sometimes an administration fee that will be included in their bill depending on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer are different for different jobs so the process is not always the same but basically finding out the work that needs to be done giving a price and get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-made man that taught myself everything that I know in the business of building maintenance. I have experience as a building maintenance worker a building maintenance supervisor for apartment buildings, condominium associations, hotels, and motels since the 1980s. I have taken courses in all the notary fields to be a notary public a notary signing agent and the remote online notary and have the certificates to show upon request. I’ve had my ink cartridge refill business for about five years now and taught myself that business also. In every endeavor that I have encountered I have taught myself for the experience I have in all of my divisions in my business.
