- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 30% discount for a monthly cleaning package and a 40% discount for weekly or every 2 weeks! Ask us if we are running a promotion and we may be able to offer a further discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief phone call to gather your information, talk about the cleaning service, and answer any questions that you have. This is your opportunity to tell us which areas are most important for you or what specific requests you have (like, don't move anything on my desk!)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have been through a 5-step screening process, are experienced cleaners, and have passed a background check!
