I paid to have my very small 1 bedroom cleaned Paid extra to have my fridge cleaned Windows But I specifically asked for fridge Not my room No dishes Clean my home I not only paid more than the 120 as advertised (I paid 175) the cleaning crew came a hour later than agreed So I left them in the apartment Only to see such a sh***y job done And I’m a first time customer I come home at 12 am only to cleaning up a mess I paid extra to have taken care of … Great job ! Never again Nunca más ! Primera y última vez ! First and last time If you like a clean home The devil is in the details and this crew clearly doesn’t pay mind to the details.

Jimmy I'm really sorry about what happened whit your cleaning services. Our goal is always to give the customer good service. Unfortunately it seems that it didn't go well this time . So when you called me at 12 midnight and woke me up, which I think is disrespectful that you call y bussines at midnigth but let's forget about that. I told you not to worry. I'll send someone to you first thing in the morning to fix the problem. You told me and spoke to me so badly and after that you didn't answer my phone calls anymore, so in this case I can't do much more. Having said that, I'm really sorry that things didn't go the way you wanted. If you change your mind in the future and give me another chance, I'll give you a discount. Thank you. And I'm really sorry that things didn't go the way you wanted.

Did not finish cleaning and were in here for hours. Very expensive quote there was dirt under my rug, stains all over almost like they didn’t even do anything and charge me for a deep cleaning.

Today was my first time not only using Thumbtack but Derly's Cleaning Service as well. It was fairly easy and really fast! I sent my request, and within a few minutes, I was contacted and booked! The two ladies that showed up were quite personable and took instruction quite well. They were very attentive to what needed to be done and started right away! This is my second time in my life having a cleaning service, and this is definitely something one should experience. Excellent customer service, professional quality of work, and I surely will use them again! The way my faucet and floors are shining! 🥰
