- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We offer discounts, that can be available for large jobs, long-term contacts, repeat business, or for our veterans . While fees could include service calls, Emergency rates, or additional charges for specialized equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information and send it to our system were it will pull a technician who is close and can take the call. We sit down and go over pricing with them to make sure it works. We can then schedule a time for the work or do it the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have dedicated service technicians trained in the work they do. They are able to complete all tasks while being safe to the best of there ability.
