FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gratuity is NOT included. I leave that up to the client. 20% just like tipping at a restaurant is normal but I personally tend to over tip if I have an amazing experience so I leave it up to you. I do charge a travel fee. $20 for 30min and under $50 over that. Unless i have to go out of state or something then that’s a totally different discussion;)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure we do a pretty thorough amount of questions, conducting an online or through text (which I prefer because it’s faster) consultant to best serve you. I have sooo many types of clients so this is most important to make sure satisfaction is at its highest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in Colorado in 2003 at Longspeak Academy in full cosmetology. I’m native to Florida but my mom took a job in Colorado so I moved out there with her one summer and went from there. I was going to go to art school but that fell through so the spring before school I went to Premier Orlando with our family hair stylist and ended up being scouted to hair model for RUSK. Throughout the first 5 years, I ended hair modeling at different shows for them, while attending school, graduating and starting my first job in the industry. From there, I knew I wanted to work in Atlanta. I lived there and Florida off and on throughout many years. Once I decided to move back to Florida for good, I established a home base where I now can work anywhere in the world from.
