- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes all labor and material needed to complete the job unless specified on the estimate. We do not have any hidden fees or charges, price we said is what we charge. We offer multiple types of discount, ask your project associate for any applicable discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always treat our costumers as part of our family, we want as much information as possible to provide you with the best possible service. First step is the initial contact. After receiving the lead information we will reach out to you to thank you for allowing our company to be part of your project and to schedule the initial FREE consultation. Second Step is Estimating. During our consultation we go over what our costumer want and their expectations, we also like to see what are the current issues and how can we fix them. After looking at everything you will received a FREE estimate detailing everything to be completed. Third Step is Work Scheduling and Completion. Once you accept the Estimate we will contact you for Scheduling. We do our best to schedule all the work ASAP, we understand that you are anxious for getting this issue takin care. During installation date our team will arrive during the installation window and will complete the job. Your satisfaction is our priority if there is anything that we can do to exceed your expectation please do not hesitate in letting us know.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the construction industry for more than 15 years. Our staff have been trained and have experience on the trade.
