- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a policy that we beat any price of a legitimate company. Our goal is to keep our pricing as reasonable and low as possible so everyone can afford us. We do not have all the overhead expenses that these brand name companies have and that gives us the ability to give our clients really good rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to book a free on-site estimate to get the most accurate quote for our customers. However, in some cases, we do not need to come for an estimate and we can give a quote over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are family-owned business so we don't subcontract our work. We are all trained with experience of at least 5 years.
