Universe Duct Cleaning came out to my home (free of charge) to take a look at my HVAC system, vents, and dryer. Brian, the assigned technician, arrived within the agreed upon time (on the date of my choosing) and did a thorough assessment. The estimate provided included recommended services; however Brian did not try to “sell” me on an unnecessary service - he kept it honest/showed me the proof of what was going on within my house ventilations. I am pleased to have come across this company. I would use them again and will refer them to others in need of a quality professional service.

My experience with Universe Duct Cleaning was totally positive from start to end. Vivo came out and cleaned out the dryer vent and returned a couple days later as we decided to have him do all of the HVAC vents. He is professional, personable and services received were done for a fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
