I definitely recommend calling Leo for your HVAC needs. He responded very quickly on a Sunday and was able to quickly install my Smart Thermostat and service my A/C the same day. Leo is awesome. My Mom’s air went down and I needed someone who can come quickly. They called me instantly and scheduled service. It was pouring rain making it extra difficult to work, but he came on time, diagnosed the issue and solved it immediately. I was worried it would cost a fortune, but it was not only reasonable but he gave us a discount. You can tell they care about their customers and they are honest, fast and reliable. I will be using them from now on.

Leonit from Prime Air is the most honest service tech I ever met. My AC had stopped blowing cold. I had one tech give me a quote to replace the fan motor and compressor under warranty, with a labor charge of $1700. Thank God I decided to get a second opinion! Leonit from Prime Air came out & figured out there was nothing wrong with the AC. Instead it was a electrical issue resulting from a power outage. Instead of taking advantage of me, he told me the truth and only charged a service call. He ended up doing the routine maintenance also so I wouldn't feel guilty in taking up his time. I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE! I'm recommending him to everyone I know.

I have hired many AC mechanics, but Prime Air has been the best! From the very beginning Leo from Prime was responsive, personable and showed a real interest is resolving my issue. He showed up when he said he would. While I had many quotes I went with Prime because of the outstanding customer service initially.
