- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To secure your event, we kindly request a 50% down payment at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery on the event day. Please note that a 22% service fee and a 7% tax are included with all orders. We're committed to making your event a memorable one, and we are happy to accommodate various budget considerations. Our primary focus is to bring smiles to our customers' faces and provide the finest dining experience. Our dedication to exceptional food presentation ensures that your budget won't compromise the excellence of our execution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We begin with an initial consultation to understand the customer's event details, preferences, and expectations. This can be done in over the phone, or via email. Needs Assessment: We ask questions to determine the type of event, number of guests, dietary preferences, and any specific menu ideas. We also discuss the event's location and logistics. Custom Menu Development: Based on the customer's input, we create a customized menu that aligns with their vision, incorporating their preferred cuisines and dishes. We also consider dietary restrictions. Budget Discussion: We work with the customer to establish a budget that fits their needs and provide transparent pricing information. Tastings (Optional): If desired and for a small tasting fee, we arrange tastings to allow the customer to sample menu items and make any necessary adjustments. Contract and Agreement: We present a clear contract that outlines the terms, services, payment schedule, and cancellation policy. Once agreed upon, both parties sign the contract. Event Planning and Coordination: We collaborate with the customer to plan the event's schedule, logistics, and any additional services required, such as staffing or equipment rentals. Execution: On the event day, our team arrives at the venue, sets up, and ensures that the culinary experience is seamless and satisfying for the guests. Quality Service: Throughout the event, we maintain a high standard of service, providing delicious food and addressing any last-minute adjustments or special requests. Post-Event Feedback: After the event, we welcome feedback from the customer to assess their satisfaction and gather insights for improvement. Follow-Up: We maintain communication with the customer to address any follow-up needs, such as billing inquiries or post-event services.
