Billed me $465 to install a $150 filter. But still insisted on payment. He discounted it to $395. I have paid him but this entire experience has been both disturbing and saddening. It saddens me further to even write this review because I don’t want to damage other businesses chances at success, but he was very combative here so I have been left with no other choice.

This review is false he has purposely left out multiple messages of me trying everything in my power to make him satisfied, I will include the proof of agreement below
I was contacted by Ian due to his tank being consistently cloudy I responded within three minutes of his text message, offering him multiple options, along with price points for each option (located in each photo)
I was told to go with my best opinion, which is the canister filter if you’re in the hobby or business, you know that’s the best filter for freshwater systems .
I then arrived at his aquarium to set up, said filter all within 25 minutes of his initial text for help
I installed the filter and serviced his aquarium and sat and talked for 15 minutes with a buddy of his along with him, during our conversation, none of these feelings were brought to my attention.
I quickly offered multiple solutions to keep him happy including offering money back and also offering $500 plus in materials/labor entirely for free, again he left out those messages which I will include .
This review is entirely false and should be disregarded !
