Aspen is a retired Air Force veteran, wife, and mom whose yoga journey began in 2008. After retiring from the military, she turned to yoga to manage stress, ease chronic pain, and improve her overall quality of life. What started as a personal practice grew into a passion for sharing yoga’s transformative power, helping others find balance, connection, and inner peace.
Aspen brings over 100 hours of teaching experience in Vinyasa yoga, Meditation, and Chair Yoga, offering adaptable and personalized practices for every level. She is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified instructor and has completed specialized training, including Chair Yoga for Everyone with Accessible Yoga School and Veterans Yoga Project’s Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery. She is also pursuing her Yoga Nidra certification through the Himalayan Institute, adding another powerful tool to her teaching repertoire.
Whether you’re a parent balancing a busy schedule, a professional seeking relief from tension, a senior looking to stay active, or someone recovering from an injury, Aspen will create a practice designed to meet your goals and lifestyle. With her warm, inclusive approach, she focuses on alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to help you build strength, flexibility, and resilience both on and off the mat.
