- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on having the best customer service in the industry and that starts with a pricing model that is a great value for our customers. We provide every customer with a FREE ESTIMATE that is customized to the clients requests, condition of pool and equipment, and takes into account the environment around the pool.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in-depth intake of your pool chemistry, pool surface, pool equipment, and safety of the pool environment. We provide the customer a detailed recap and a proposed service plan. Based on the clients feedback, we prioritize and customize the service plan that we put in place. Our customers receive a detailed e-mail after every service that explains what work was completed and includes a picture of their pool after service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through an in-depth training through our company, but are also Certified Pool Operators through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance. This certification is not required for residential pool service in Florida, but we take the care of your pool very seriously and want to ensure our technicians are the best trained in our clients backyards.
