• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Pricing is tailored to each individual client. Discounts are offered for loyal customers as well as referral incentives. For every referral that is paid in full you will receive a 10% discount off your next services with Feng Shui by Rena.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  After appointment is set the interior decorator will fax/email the client a questionnaire to fill out in advance so that the decorator will have a better understanding of the client's needs/wants and dislikes. The 1st initial consultation is free of charge. After the consultation, within 48 hours the decorator will create a decor tailored personally for the client along with an estimated price sheet. Once budget amount is agreed upon the contract will be signed and monies will be paid. After agreed upon monies are paid the following first week the decorator will than begin shopping for the client's decor. During the first week the decorator will be in constant communication with the client while shopping. If decorator needs to exceed the client's budget this will be communicated thoroughly with the client before any further purchased are made. The second week the decorator will call the client to set an appointment on when to stage the home. During staging the homeowner does not need to be there. Depending on how many rooms are to be done and if any painting needs to be done will determine the amount of time the project takes. The length of the project will be discussed when the estimate sheet is given to the client. If this project is setup on a payment plan than the project will not start until all monies is paid and contract is signed. If payment plan is agreed upon the monies paid during the payment plan are nonrefundable if client wants to cancel the agreement.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Attended Interior Decorating classes for 6 months. Have 30+ years of hands-on interior decorating for family, friends and coworkers.
