I called Blue Steel Garage Repair after reading the reviews, which were excellent. Sammy’s response was quick and I explained what a poor job the previous contractor did and what was needed to be done. In my case, my garage door had twisted, bending the two vertical tracks, and they needed to be replaced. I had sent out a request on Saturday and Sammy said that he did not have my sized tracks and would need to pick them at the supply store on his way to my house. When he came he was polite and understanding. He replaced the two tracks and then we needed to know what caused the garage door to twist. One of the issues was the poor state of the rollers which we replaced. Other issues were a poor spring choice and garage door panels that were starting to rust and in one spot bend. Sammy suggested that I should not do anything right now because a new door is expensive and the spring still worked. He felt that we may have another two years of decent door openings but after it would be anybody’s call. I am very satisfied withSammy’s, knowledge, excellent work and honesty I recommend him for all of your garage repairs and replacements.
