Hurricane Milton destroyed our front porch and wheelchair ramp. We agreed on Vitali's estimate he submitted to complete our project and promptly began on agreed date and time. In fact he even dismantled and reassembled the used aluminum ramp we bought from Marketplace. I was in need of a fence gate repair due to damaged caused by Hurricane Helene. Vitalii responded promptly. He is such a hard worker and we had constant communication. Vitalii did a wonderful job, going above and beyond to get what he needed to complete the project. I was very pleased with the end result. Vitalii was polite and respectful. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm charging 2 hours minimum for coming to your project. Also all discounts has to be discussed before signing the contract. I have 3 type of discounts: 1. Military/veteran discounts 5-15%(not for the minimum rate) 2. 65+ y.o. 15% 3. Regular customers 10% for full-day complex.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet in person. Prepayment 40%(estimated projects) or $150 if hourly rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
General contractor
