- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With all the price increases constantly arising in our industry, we quote each job individually to make sure we give each customer the best price at the time of the request. We keep all our customers updated as to when we are expecting a new price increase. In addition, existing re-roof customers receive a $100 gift card when they refer a new customer who signs a contract, and the new customer also receives $100 discount off their roof. We offer other discounts and promotions periodically as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive the request from the customer (and within 24-48 hours), we set up a time to meet and go over all the details pertaining to their specific job and provide them with a detailed quote. Once the quote is agreed on, we prepare the contract and permit paperwork for the city and then submit it right away. As soon as we receive the approved permit, we deliver the materials and begin the job ASAP. After completion of the job, we set up a walk-through with the customer and provide them with their final paperwork and warranty for their roof.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are two partners that own Native Roofing. One of our owners and founder (Jim), has over 35 years of experience in roofing. The other partner (Rick) has over 12 years in the industry and has a bachelor's degree in Business Management. All of our roofing staff have over 25 years repairing all types of roofing.
