Kenny has been my trainer for three years. I was 64 years old when I started and could barely squat down to pick anything off the ground. Now I can do barbell and kettlebell squats with no issues at all. When I first started I had all kinds of issues such as knee problems back problem shoulder problem elbow you name it Kenny figured them out and fixed them all through exercise. If you are considering a personal trainer, you will thank me for recommending Kenny. He is smart, has everything you could ever need to get fit with, always introduces new exercises and is a great caring person. Regardless of your age On day one Kenny will evaluate you and tailor an exercise program that will make you fit. If 10 stars were available for this review, Kenny Hernandez deserves a 10.
