- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost includes: Consultations up to event day, research, planning/coordination, venue planning, meetings, set-up/breakdown day of event
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a meeting with the client (a free 1st consultation) in person or phone call, to understand your vision and what is the most important thing you want your guests to remember. This takes about an hour. As I ask questions, I take notes so I can prepare a proposal for you, which we will review together with details on services provided and cost. If the proposal is accepted by you, we move forward with a detailed contract. From there I begin to coordinate and plan your amazing event!
