I'm a semi-retired New Englander who loves homes. I have built and remodeled many over the years. I don't do major work or renno's anymore, but if you need help with property management while you are up north or with small projects, meeting contractors, or a just a second set of hands, I'd love to help you out. I have used Patrick for several projects - hanging ceiling fans, opening walls to expland closets, building a dividing wall, custom closet installation, building a library wall. He is honest, a hard worker and does really nice work (i have to lower the mirror - don't judge :)
