Allen is fantastic. He has a great attitude and approached my computer issues with a combination of knowledge and common sense. A winning combination which is far too difficult to find. My issue was resolved almost immediately and for less money than I had been anticipating all day. From this point on, I will be taking all of my computer needs to Allen. He cares and that makes me happy. By the way, I went to Geek Squad earlier this morning. They told me I'd be better off financially to purchase a new laptop.
