To be honest, I was very excited to meet and speak with Kelvin. Living in South Florida, you find a lot of people that talk a lot, but don't deliver. Kelvin wasn't that type of person. He was extremely professional and energetic. He is passionate about his work, and would have frequent conversations with me to make sure he knew what I wanted, and would always provide me his advice and feedback. He definitely adds value to anything he works on and the people he interacts with. More than an engineer, he is someone that I'm blessed to have met, and hope to continue working together or recommending him to people. Very much a gem. Thank you, Kelvin, for your work.

Please note that beyond MEP design services and Green Building design consulting, I'm unlikely to be able to assist. I typically provide support for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing design (no structural or civil). With that, I also support clients that want to pursue sustainable design goals, including LEED and Energy audits.
