- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price and head count - we confirm with the customer that this is a party of 50 or more and our strict price structure is $30 a person. This equates to one 12” pizza a customer. We also add a few dessert pizzas at no extra charge. If you want to add salads to the buffet area. We charge $5 per person We also provide a one bottle of our in house rosemary crema and AR’s hot southern honey handy for some extra love on your ZA. No charge :) Transportation charge: To make it easy we charge a flat rate of $100 for transportation outside 20 miles of our commissary kitchen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not want to waste anyones time so we confirm three things before arriving. 1. Site condition and date - we confirmed time of arrival, address, and confirm that their is a 10x10 area for outlet full setup. For larger parties we like to arrive a couple hours ahead of time. We also like to confirm if refrigeration is available or not on site to ensure dough does not get over proofed. 2. Price and head count - we confirm with the customer that this is a party of 50 or more and our strict price structure is $30 a person. This equates to one 12” pizza a customer. We also add a few dessert pizzas at no extra charge. The only additional charges would be transportation. 3. Menu selection for Buffet area - the customer chooses four styles of our 8 unique or traditional pizza. There are thousands of ingredients and combinations so if there is a special pizza you’ve been craving we will make it happen. We are adaptable and seek creative customers to make their event truly special. We also provide a couple of bottles of rosemary crema and hot honey handy for some extra love on your ZA.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in fine dining, fast casual, and pizzeria’s across the state of Florida. My passion for pizza and people allowed me the opportunity to network with local chefs and foodservice professionals in effort to make quality pizza. From the dough to the sauce to the combination of ingredients it’s truly artisinal pizza.
