Asked steps to repair. His reply was put stucco on. Made no mention of bonding agent. Glad I asked.

Im sorry we do not meet your expectation, but the use of bonding agent is not necessary in all cases for a stucco repair. In that case, if you wanted to use it, you could have mentioned it at the time we went to make the estimate, and we have gladly included it. We are truly sorry for not meeting your expectations but we believe it was perhaps a lack of communication.
