- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Offer 15% discounts to Veterans and maintenance agreement members. we majority of our pricing is flat rate and there is no diagnostic fee or emergency afterhours fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our primary goal is to always fix the A/C system and get it back up and running. We believe in educating our customers on the best practices that will help them get the maximum life span out of there air-conditioning system while explaining any recommendations that should be done.
