The company was extremely prompt in responding and able to schedule an appointment within hours. The call to confirm was very helpful. Then Vladimir showed up and solved the dryer problem within minutes. (Previously, another tech from another company said that other parts were necessary, but we never heard from him again). The cost was reasonable. Then Vladimir helped with another unscheduled problem, and this was late at night. He is highly knowledgeable and a critical thinker. He can diagnose problems and figure out solutions for appliances- as well as other issues in the home. I highly recommend them.
