I recently hired this company to replace the defrost heating element and thermostat sensor in my refrigerator, and I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and dedication to customer service. Vladimir L. came out within an hour for the diagnostic, which was already a great start. While moving items around inside the fridge, he accidentally broke a glass panel. However, he assured me that the total cost of the job, including fixing the damages, would be $377. Throughout the process, the team kept me updated and moved quickly to order the necessary parts. The owner personally reached out to apologize for the mishap and even offered to order a brand-new panel. Unfortunately, my fridge is an older model, and the part was no longer in stock. Despite this, the owner went above and beyond to ensure the glass and panel were properly repaired and the overall repairs were completed in a timely manner. I truly appreciate his excellent communication, honesty, and respect for their customers. Mistakes happen, but this company showed exceptional integrity and accountability. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional repair services.
