Alex was very efficient, quiet, and focused on repairing my refrigerator. The fan went out after my power was restored after Hurricane Milton. Unfortunately, Alex had to order a part and it took till the end of the week before he came back to install it.

I contacted this business because my refrigerator was freezing all of my food. I received a return message within minutes and could schedule for the next day. Ainur was on time, a little early actually, which worked perfectly for us. They let us know that he was on his way. Ainur quickly identified the issue: the thermostat was no longer working. He said he could most definitely fix it and ordered the part the same day. Within one week, Ainur came out and installed the new thermometer, and we are back up and running. If I had a question, it was answered via text pretty quickly, and Ainur was professional and friendly. I will definitely be using this company again for any future repairs.
