Communication was great, guys arrived on time and did work quickly, everything was transparent and since the tech was "teaching" another person I got to see each step of the repair. All questions were answered and oven works perfectly after repair.

The response time was literally minutes after putting in a request and they were able to have someone come out later that day. They notified me when the repair person was on the way along with his name. Ainur arrived on time, he was pleasant and professional the whole time. It did not bother him when I was watching and asking questions the whole time. He did not have the part that needed replacing but did a fix so I could finish my laundry until the part came in. He called me a day early stating the part came in and could be over here in ten minutes and he was.. when finished he showed me the old part and explained what had happened. Very happy with repair and the price was fair. Will definitely use them for any future repairs I might need.
