What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a Consultation to understand the client’s needs and goals. Next, Prepare and Send Proposal within 12-24 hours to keep the momentum going. Once the Client Acceptance is received, Send Legal Contract for review and signing. After the Obtain Signed Agreement step, it’s important to Receive Initial Payment (usually 50% of phase one) before starting any work. Following payment, Client Onboarding takes place, which includes a kick-off meeting, welcome pack, and gathering essential details. With onboarding complete, it’s time to Start the Project.
