Jake responded to my request regarding my kid’s malfunctioning computer very quickly and informed me that he was unfortunately out of my state, but suggested some possible sources of the problem and potential solutions, my sense is that he’s a salt of the earth type of person and handles his business affairs similarly.

Jake is tremendous! He responded right away, came to my home, and diagnosed the issue. My hard drive was severely corrupted due to the lithium battery overheating. He was able to fully restore and transfer my files and pictures to a new laptop. So incredibly grateful. 🥳

Jake was able to log into my PC remotely and diagnose the issues with unwanted drivers. Typically it's not recommended to delete drivers, however these were related to an old outdated peripheral device I no longer used. Jake called right away and fixed the issue with a job well done. I highly recommend this company.
