- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently offering a new customer discount. I do have to include travel/delivery fees for all orders unless you order a grab and go garland, but luckily I have the discount which basically waived that additional fee. I consider my level of work of equal quality to the bigger balloon companies in the local area for half the price that they charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to receive pictures of what you’re wanting for balloons so that I can recreate your vision to the best of my ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I haven’t taken an official balloon class yet. I’m waiting for something more local to my area. But I am an educator, I have my bachelors in elementary education, so I do have what it takes to stay organized, plan, and get creative.
