FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very understanding and can appreciate the wedding expenses and stresses leading up to the big day. I try to work with each client’s financial situation to make my services affordable. I’m not out to break the bank; I am very fair and sometimes I may be lower than the average price. That said, I do pay my staff what they deserve for their time and travel. They too are very talented and personable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the questions I need to so that I can build my own guesstimated profile of each individual. I like to know about the family members that are in the party, if the client(s) are same gender, transgender, etc... I have zero tolerance for prejudices; therefore, I employ nonprejudicial individuals. After all, it is about the client and their needs s I listen to all the details given to me. I do all of my trials myself, but may bring a staff member if I feel it is necessary. I use a face diagram to take notes during the trial and transpose to the face sheet to review prior to the wedding or event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I do many on line courses on new trends. I also attend 2 shows a year in the US.
