She has help me numerous time when I need to send paper into the state. She also explains the paperwork to when I didn't even understand it.. she is very professional while in front of clients. And treats people like they are friend. I have no complaints when it comes to Natalie.. she doing a great job..

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes scripts to choose from, marriage license mailed for you certified mail and a tracking number provided. Can add some details to ceremony if you wish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a few sample scripts to review for the ceremony via email. Once the script is chosen, deposit is required to book date and time desired for ceremony.
