Tony and Keith went above and beyond. I originally was looking for help with disassembly and reassembly for my treadmill and finding a moving company to actually move my treadmill after recently moving, but was offered both assembly and relocation by GymTecs. They were punctual and very careful and methodical when moving the machine through doorways. After it was reassembled they checked it was operational and gave me advice on machine maintenance. Really kind and great service, I highly recommend this team!

My experience was nothing but terrific with GymTecs. Tony arrived on time and texted to let me know he was nearby. More importantly, he was able to troubleshoot and replace the part that had failed in my elliptical! I had made the job much more difficult than it had to be, prior to his arrival, by breaking my hex bit inside of one of the bolts which needed to be removed. I tried for an hour to get the broken bit dislodged but couldn't. He got it done in 20 minutes and rolled forward. Also, I want to add that once he had the replacement part in, I was ready to declare victory but he noted that it was seated incorrectly and explained why. We backed the part out, and then re-installed it correctly and now my machine is fully functional again. Tony was very personable, funny, and just a good guy who wanted to help us out and I really appreciate his work.
