Smooth transaction. Bluefiks arranged for local workers to put our Gazebo up. We have a 14x10 cedar wood gazebo with many parts. Mehdi and crew highly recommend and they worked 2 days non stop, including securing with concrete footers. Will use again for future projects

Requested the following on 4/10: Job 1: Finish installing three sides of the gazebo roof due to prior travel commitments. Requires a two-person team and a ladder. Job 2: Assemble outdoor furniture for the gazebo upon delivery on April 18. Job 3: Replace the 3’x11’ walkway with a 4’x11’ pathway matching the gazebo pattern. Materials provided. Communication: Agreed on April 19 at 9 am, but delays and miscommunications occurred. For over 6.5 hours no one showed up. When they finally did, it was a man with 2 small children. Many text messages from various people including offers to charge me extra for doing the work requested. Issues: Gazebo finally put together correctly. Incorrect curtain install and missing screws; later fixed by owner. Didn’t even bother reporting it. Furniture installed properly. Walkway installed at the wrong size and pattern, requiring further adjustments. Attempts to Rectify: BlueFiks offered to fix the pattern but not the dimensions. Challenges with Communication: Contractor blamed lack of supervision and insufficient materials on the client; although more than enough supplies were given. Multiple delays and poor communication led to frustration. Conclusion: After eight days and persistent communication issues, the project was finally completed. Contractor requested a tip and positive review despite the ordeal. I promised an honest one.
