- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitively priced and offer new customers a 1st month special of $39. Thereafter we charge $90/month for screened pools and $100/month for non-screened pools. As far as repairs we will match or beat any competitors price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer and set up an appointment to meet the customer and to look at there pool and equipment. From there we can assess what services are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Pool Operator License (CPO). I have worked on both commercial and residential pools. I’m liscensed to service any public pool in Florida. 8 years of hands-on pool servicing and repair experience.
