I had had an oak tree partially removed. The person I had hired was not working out for me so I had to let him go. I decided to use ThumbTack and Gary with Grindemout Tree Service called and scheduled an estimate early afternoon. He gave me what I thought was a fair price and having read his ThumbTack reviews, I went ahead and hired him. Did I mention he was able to start that afternoon. I was thrilled because I was beyond ready to get this, now eyesore, of a tree out of my front yard. He told me he needed to pick up his crew and equipment and would be back around 4. This is Florida in June and totally understand wanting to do this type of work either early morning or later afternoon. Everything about the process exceeded all of my expectations. Gary was extremely knowledgeable, understood my needs and explained what was going to be done. Communication is something very important to me and he kept me well informed throughout the 2 day process (rain and size of project affected the timeline). In addition, he had to haul away a couple of loads of tree debris to the dump. I highly recommend Grindemout Tree Service. Thank you, Gary, for your professionalism, attention to detail, and overall high standards.

Gary and team did a great job at cleaning up my palms. Gary also took the time to point out some issues with one of the palms and also took time to look at one of my other trees for cleaning up. Professional all around.
