- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are based by the hour (1 hour minimum) beginning when we arrive. Parts (controllers, pipe, valves, heads, etc.) are additional. Rough estimates can be provided upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always speak with prospective customers on the phone to review the work needed. Often times no one is home so we want to understand the work required in detail. Should there be major issues found that were not discussed, the customer will be contacted by phone while at the job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our customer base is mainly repeat customers. We provide excellent work and we are requested to service our customers again and again. Thumbtack provides us new customers that can take advantage of our services as well. Thumbtack customers then become repeat customers as well because of our excellent irrigation services we provided.
