FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a handful of packages depending on my client's needs. I work monthly and payments are made at the end of every month. If there's ever anything that a client requests that's considered "out of scope" from the package they selected, I bill hourly or as a one-time fee. For example, if someone selected the basic content creation package and wants to include a social media audit one month to take a look at their analytics, that is considered "out of scope" and I can give information on what the added one-time fee is or hourly rate would be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step will always be to set up a 30minute free discovery consultation call with my client. It's important to make sure that I am the right fit for the project/your business and that we're on the same page so that I can move forward confidently and intentionally to get the job done. Plus, establishing the level of communication and connecting with my client's tone & voice is an important part of translating the mission/vision into the content. You want the content to seem organic to your vision, not random and sporadic. After that call, I will send you a list of my packages with a recommended package from me based on what we had discussed during the call. From there, you get to choose the package you want to move forward with. **Depending on the extent of the project and how much strategy is included, I may recommend that I submit a proposal before I get started. You can be as involved or as hands-off as you'd like depending on the package you select.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Marketing from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. Bentley University is a top business school in MA. Aside from my degree, I've had 5+ years working in Digital Marketing & Social Media.
