Evans Roofing did a great job. I requested 3 estimates and they were the only company that ventured into the attic to gauge the full scope of the leak. They were thorough, professional, punctual, and there's a 1 year warranty with the work. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had a roof leak and they were out here next day first thing in the AM. They quickly diagnosed the issue which was minor and they took care of it at no cost. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers are always given a fair price for their projects. The price is calculated by current price of labor and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a FREE estimate where the project is discussed. A quote is then sent to the customer. Once a project is signed, a permit is to be processed with the county/ city before starting with the project. There are three steps to a re-roof project: - Removal/ Tear Off of previous system - Installation of new wood (if needed) and Underlayment (Dry-in) - Installation of System (Shingle/ Metal/ Tile) once materials has been delivered County Inspections are being completed through out the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-40 years of roofing experience. -Certified with multiple manufacturers. -OSHA certified. Constantly striving to improve and further educate ourselves with new products and methods.
