- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is negotiable and we offer discounts to all First Responders, Veterans, Medical Professionals, and all government employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with a new buyer is to find out what their wants and needs are in a home. My team and I will show all types of properties including Bank Foreclosures, Company Owned Properties, For Sale By Owners, and other Distressed Sales. We show all available homes that match the buyers criteria. The process for working with a seller is to find out why they want to move and to assist them with the sale of their home that best fits their wants and needs. We do our best to make the transition as stress-free as possible, while getting their home sold fast and for top dollar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken countless hours of real estate training above the minimum state requirements. We have also received coaching from the best real estate coaches available including Craig Proctor, Ricky Carruth, and Brian Buffini. We continue to seek education as the market changes to provide the best services possible. One priority is staying up to date on new technology to market your home to sell fast and for top dollar.
