Carlos not only helped me lose over 30lbs but he has strengthened and stabilized my knees, back and core. Since I started working with him I have had no pain in those areas and have managed to get stronger on my mountain bike. I recommend his services every time I am asked.

I have worked out with Carlos for over 4 years. When I started I was in terrible condition. Working with Carlos has been hands down the best training I have ever had. I have gained more of strength, balance, endurance and agility than I thought was possible. He pushes me to my maximum ability, but not beyond it. I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone regardless of age or fitness level.
