- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you a consultation form, you will fill that out and we will review it in person at your free consultation / training session which will be held at my at-home fitness studio. We will do a full body workout so that you can see how my training style is and decide if you would like to buy a package. If you decide to buy a package you will fill out onboarding paperwork and download my fitness app & we will schedule your sessions. I will send you a nutrition guide, food list, and other pertinent training information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve been a body builder since 2018. Ive run 1 full marathon (26.2 miles) and several half marathons.
