I have an extensive skill set in assessing the human body and how our systems work together. Along side my professional experience I have gained tremendous in-site as a college athlete and competitive bodybuilder. Megan creates workout sessions for me that push me to perform at my personal best. I have gained so much knowledge in our sessions about the appropriate way to move the weight and the appropriate way to execute each repetition. I have gotten more out of our sessions than I have for years on my own. I highly recommend if you are looking for results that last!
