Joseph is very encouraging and creates a positive atmosphere. He takes the time to show you the proper techniques so you can train better without sustaining any injuries. No two sessions are the same, but they sure push you to the limit. Now I look forward to working out. Although some sessions can be challenging, they’re always enjoyable. I would definitely recommend you hire Joseph as your coach.

I hired Joseph for private self defense classes for my son who turned 10. He loves doing the drills and has been having so much fun working with coach J after schools. He's even practicing on his own now. I also join the sessions sometimes and I sweat like crazy but its still so much fun. My favorite part is putting on the gloves and feeling really tough and strong.

Im 36 years old and recently had a baby and I wasn't sure that kick boxing was right for me or for trying to lose any weight but working with Joseph as my coach has been really fun.
