I've met with Jessie twice so far and plan to meet with him 4x weekly. He's been very responsive to all of my requests. He clearly has a high level of understanding about how food affects fat burning - well beyond what most of already know about energy in/energy out. Food plays such a huge part in fat loss. I've got him meeting one of those 4 times with my teen daughter as well. The whole family is getting healthy.

Jesse has gone the extra miles outside the gym to discuss nutrition with me as well as creating some of the most effective workouts for me to do on my own.
