Brandon Location: Limited Availability $62/30 minute sessions & $84/50-60 minute session. -In-Home Mobile Coaching: I travel to you rate starts @$95 per person & $125 per couple. Thirty (30) minute sessions are unavailable for mobile coaching. -Online (Virtual) Fitness & Nutrition Coaching: Programs begin as low as $147/month. More program options available upon request, or click our FitNutPros website to learn more. *All session rates are based on packages. Payment is due in its entirety prior to our first session. *10% Savings applies for those in the military, law enforcement, firefighters, fitness & healthcare, teachers, and students. Please be aware that in-home mobile coaching is a base rate. Anyone residing outside of the City of Tampa may be subject to a small fuel fee that will be determined during your free over-the-phone or video strategy session. *Single sessions are available for those visiting my service area to include Greater Tampa and parts of the Orlando/Walt Disney World Areas and looking to get a session or two in while in the Area. I might have a slight bias, but we discovering has been a life changer. In a field overflowing with personal trainers his value has truly stood out. Having trained under Jesse for nearly three years, his minimalist approach, requiring just 30-40 minutes per session, has effectively surpassed our expectations. Jesse's depth of knowledge in both strength training and nutrition are incredibly impressive. He consistently dedicates time to not only teach us the fundamentals of each exercise but also delves into the rationale behind the techniques, enriching our understanding of the "why" alongside the "how”.

Jesse’s has an unique approach to getting real results fast while also practicing and preaching safety and injury prevention. His creativity behind his programs are unreal. Jesse has gone the extra miles outside the gym to discuss nutrition with me as well as creating some of the most effective workouts for me to do on my own. He also has an extensive knowledge of nutrition that he has simplified in a way that has done wonders for getting me pretty toned already in a very short amount of time. Jesse’s the real deal!

Jessie is great at motivating me so I can achieve my goals. He has good tips that fit my needs and his workouts are tailored for me. I have had other trainers but he is really unique and has a high degree of knowledge around nutrition, food chemistry in relationship to the body and various training methods. I am working with him until my goals are reached.

I have been working with Jesse only a few short weeks yet I can already see and feel a significant change in my body. He has demonstrated a high level of knowledge in both areas of fitness and nutrition. I can tell he genuinely cares about helping me attain my short and long term fitness goals. Jesse’s methods and exercise movements he has created are unique, as well as his approach to the way he coaches and trains... very innovative to say the least.
