My name is Bartley Weaver and I’m the first ever IFBB Pro Bodybuilder and Pro Eater. I have over two decades of experience with nutrition and training. I will teach you things in the gym that will save you years of spinning your wheels, how to avoid injury, and help push you to the next level.
I have been coaching general lifestyle and competitors for the past 15 years. I offer a lot of experience as I have coached/trained over a thousand individuals. I have been afforded many opportunities due to my work ethic and experience as well. I was on The Rock’s TV show The Titan Games, and also the mascot for the Tennessee Titans.
I have spent decades in the trenches of the health and fitness industry, and I’m very passionate about relaying important information to clients of mine. Knowledge is power, and that power will bust you through any challenge in your fitness journey.
I also own my own supplement company and I give all clients discounts if interested. I’m on your team and available 24/7. Your goals are my goals!

If you’re looking for a coach or personal trainer, Bartley is it! No need to look further. He truly cares about your goals and goes above and beyond to help you. Nicest guy, I’ve ever met. I purchased a 3 month package and achieved amazing results and gained so much strength following his personalized work out plan. I’m 56 and I’m able to do the monkey bars with no problem and I’ve not been able to do that since I was a kid. 😊….Even though our time has ended, I still follow his plan and his nutrition guide as I couldn’t have gotten this far without him! I started with Bartley by following the Transformation Playbook during an 8-week challenge he hosted in January of 2020. I was able to achieve great results by following the playbook but realized I had taken my journey as far as I could on my own. I wanted the accountability of a coach to keep me on track. I also wanted to learn more about my body through someone with so much experience.
I started one-on-one on-line coaching with Bartley in January of 2021. He has provided me with workouts and macros, taking the guesswork out it. We cut and then started bulking. I was nervous at first as a female to start gaining weight, but quickly learned that to change my physique and to stay on this journey for life, I needed to trust the process.
I’ve achieved phenomenal results with Bartley. He holds me accountable but also realizes that life happens and that this is a life-long journey. He works with me to make adjustments as needed when things come up.
He’s been a great coach and friend. The discipline I’ve learned throughout the process has transferred over into other aspects of my life, helping me to learn and grow.
