What can I say…Emilee is AWESOME!! She is probably one of the best trainers I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable, knows how and when to push you and always great about any modifications you need to make. I’m so thankful I found her and she is worth every penny!!!!

Emilee is an excellent trainer/coach. She definitely knows and understands all aspects of fitness. She motivated and encouraged me to do my best. The friendly atmosphere had me excited to work out with her each week. She created a personal program for me and helped me to reach my goal. I can’t say enough great things about her and I highly recommend if you are looking for a fitness trainer.

I’ve had an amazing experience training with Emilee these last few months! She’s super personable and the workouts she makes always kick my ass and challenge me to become better and stronger! ! I’ve lost about 10 lbs and toned up quite a bit since I started training with her.

Emilee is amazing. She takes the time to carefully coordinate a workout plan that is tailored to me and my goals. She spends time not only on helping me thru the exercises, but educating me on the importance of nutrition and sends me encouraging communications throughout the week. I’ll admit, I was nervous getting back into working out, but Emilee has done wonders when it comes to my transformation! She also does an impressive job of helping me build up my self confidence. Really thankful for her and the program!

Best decision EVER. Was looking to get back into shape and feel better about myself. I work with Emilee - she is very kind and supportive and adapts/modifies the exercises based on my limitations/strengths. Would highly recommend her to anyone!
